Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 3 in Riga 2010 January 5th (Mon. No. 4) Amendment 1 Cabinet of 26 February 2008. Regulations No. 129 "rules on the action programme" entrepreneurship and innovation "2.1.2.1.2. Appendix apakšaktivitāt" technology transfer "contact points" issued under the European Union's structural and cohesion funds control law paragraph 10 of article 18 to make a Cabinet of 26 February 2008. Regulations No. 129 "rules on the action programme" entrepreneurship and innovation "2.1.2.1.2. Appendix apakšaktivitāt" technology transfer contact points "(Latvian journal , 2008, nr. 45) 12.2. amendments and make the following point: "12.2. industrial property protection costs: 19.6.1. all costs preceding the grant of the right in the first legal jurisdiction, including costs relating to the preparation of the application, registration and examination, as well as costs incurred in renewing the application before the right has been granted;
19.6.2. costs incurred in order to obtain the granting or validation of the other jurisdictions, including translation costs;
19.6.3. costs incurred in defending the right to a formal review of the application and possible appeals if the applicant fully or partly disagrees with the results of the examination of the application, even if such costs occur after the right is granted; ".
