Regulations No. 681 ' rules on "operational programme human resources and employment ' 1.4.1.2.1. Appendix apakšaktivitāt" capacity building "rating system" (Latvian journal , 2008, 134 no). the following amendments: 1. Replace 10.9 in the numbers and the words "47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52 and 53" with numbers and words "47, 48, 49, 51, 52 and 53.
2. Replace the 24.1.16 in numbers and the words "47, 48, 49, 51 and 53" with numbers and words, "48, 51, 52, 53 and in" 47.2.2.
3. Replace the 24.1.17 in numbers and the words "50 and 52" with numbers and the words "49 and 52".
4. Replace the paragraph numbers and 35.4. the words "50 and 52" with numbers and the words "49 and 52".

48.2. working place equipment rental costs;
48.3. the transport costs (fuel, vehicle hire, purchase of transport services, the use of public transport);
30.1. space rental and lease costs;
30.1.-the management costs (heating, electricity, and managed services, water supply);
30.2. the Office and the Office supply costs (including non-essential items of equipment costs up to 150 lats value per unit, if the lifetime is less than a year);
30.3. the internet, postal and telecommunications costs;
30.3. travel or travel costs.
49. This provision 47.1.2. referred to in subheading includes company costs costs supporting the application of the project and for the preparation of the dossier. They intend as a non-eligible costs, and their extent does not exceed 2 000 lats. If the operator is registered with the State revenue service as the European Social Fund, the beneficiary of the worker, the employer also plans the State social insurance compulsory contribution to the cost. "
7. Delete 50.
8. Make the following introductory paragraph 51: "51. This provision cost laid 47.2.1. subheading includes the following subdivisions: the costs".
9. Make 52 as follows: "this provision 47.2.3.52. referred to the cost of the position shall not exceed five percent of the total eligible direct project costs. 61.2. reallocation of costs between these provisions referred to in paragraph 51. Reallocation of costs made this provision 47.2.1. cost referred to under subheading does not exceed 10 percent of the cost of a transferable within the total amount of eligible costs;
