"46. Pressure equipment complex possessor is obliged to provide the whole complex pressure equipment during use such routine technical inspections: 46.1. external technical inspection – not less frequently than once every 12 months;".
29. Delete paragraph 56.2. the words "repair".
30. Make 62 the following: "62. After inspection of the technical inspection body articulates complex data for pressure equipment register of hazardous installations and technical test report shall be drawn up in duplicate. One copy of the inspection protocol of the inspection body shall issue the holder of complex pressure equipment, but a second kept no less than 10 years after the date of the examination. "
31. Make 65. paragraph by the following: "65. If a complex pressure equipment after repeated inspections do not meet the requirements of this regulation or the threat to human life, health or the environment, the inspection body shall promptly give notice to the holder of a complex pressure equipment and notify: 65.1. If threat environment – consumer protection centre and the national environmental service;
65.2. if compromised security employed – national labour inspection;
65.3. If increased fire risk – national fire and rescue service. "

33.
