4. 6. 7. 8. Make paragraph 10 by the following: "10. 10. 17. The Latvian guarantee agency verifies that the total amount of aid, which a merchant or adequate agricultural service cooperative society received during the period from January 1, 2008 to December 31, according to Commission Regulation No 1998/2006, these provisions and other support programmes, approved by the European Commission as a special new economic crisis support measures with the maximum amount of the aid for the one economic operator or to the appropriate agricultural service cooperative society EUR 500 000 equivalent in lats not exceed EUR 500 000. 12. Make 20 and 21 as follows:

"20.
