2.1.1.4. support for breeding and rearing animals in the horse industry (including the stud-book of the 4 500 lats) 90 000 lats;
2.1.1.5. support for the production of animal breeding and sheep industry (including 1 800 lats to the flock-book)-130 320 lats;
2.1.1.6. support for breeding and rearing animals kazkopīb industry (including the stud to 600 dollars) – 36 000 lats;
2.1.1.7. support for breeding and rearing animals in non-traditional sectors – 72 000 lats;
2.1.1.8. support animal breeding value and genetic determination of quality-103 860 lats;
2.1.1.9. support animal, herd, and for maintaining a register of holdings and dairy breeds of cows and goats for virspārraudzīb-189 000 lats;
2.1.2. support animal corpses for the collection, transport, recycling and disposal – 428 796 lats;
2.1.3. support for transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (TSE) test costs 50 percent – 182 925 lats;
2.2. support the development of plant production – 137 385 lats (annex 2): 2.2.1. support plant gene banks, central database and molecular pasportizācij laboratory activity – 24 750 lats;
2.2.2. support for the preservation of the gene pool of the crop-40 500 lats;
2.2.3. support for soil mineral nitrogen in monitoring implementation – 45 135 Lati;
2.2.4. support for the preparation of quality seeds and use-27 000 lats;

2.5. is the aid to the agricultural sector to reduce risks – 168 300 lats (annex 5): 2.5.1. support for the purchase of insurance policies to cover – 162 000 lats;
2.5.2. support for membership in the Fund of the agricultural risk-6 300 lats;
2.6. support for investment promotion in agriculture – 1 500 000 lats (annex 6): 2.6.1. support for deletion part interest-900 000 lats;
2.6.2. support for deleting the corresponding ratio of agricultural service cooperatives – 600 000 lats;
2.7. support to compensate for the difference between interest-100 000 lats;

8.5. the cost of the aid to the applicant in non-cash form of payment, not exceeding the provision referred to in paragraph 2 for each aid measure for funding;
8.6. in the month following the detection of an infringement requiring repayment of the aid, if the applicant provided false information or violated these rules or conditions referred to in the Treaty;
8.7. the annexes to these rules in these cases the amount of aid payable shall include the value added tax;
8.8. the aid payments to the applicant, that the judgment of the Court of insolvency or declared that economic activity has been terminated, or who, in accordance with the commercial register information wound up in the process. 9. Payment of the aid for the previous year is in force until full completion (including Latvian agricultural and rural development programmes commitments and required the European Union's SAPARD payments). Regulations No 108 support livestock development i. General questions 1. Objective of the aid is to promote the development of livestock breeding sectors. 2. the aid shall cover up to 100 percent of administrative costs for the maintenance of herd books and up to 70 percent of the costs associated with animal genetic determination of quality and productivity, control, and evaluation, as well as by the offspring of the breeding results. 3. Can I get support: 3.1. a tenderer who is awarded the breeders ' organisations status according to the legislation on breeders ' organization eligibility criteria and the breeders ' organisations status and the status of the pig by the granting or dairy for at least five years, the production of beef, horse, sheep, kazkopīb and non-traditional sectors-at least one year working in the area of breeding (hereinafter referred to as the Organization); 3.2. an applicant who is registered under the regulations on the eligibility criteria of the merchant companies that deal with artificial insemination and embryo transplantation, as well as the merchant registration order, and who stored in genetic resources of Latvia-Latvia Latvian Brown or blue breed bulls-bio (hereinafter referred to as the company); 3.3. the accredited laboratory of milk, which has proven its competence according to the regulations for dairy cows and goats for milk varieties of supervision (hereinafter referred to as the laboratory); 3.4. data processing centre, which carries out monitoring of livestock data processing, as well as provide monitoring data exchange and storage (data center); 3.5. the applicant, which complies with paragraph 102 of this annex. 4. The organization may receive support if support measures have been made: 4.1 monitoring, which agricultural herd animal, herd and accommodation is registered pursuant to the laws and regulations on animal, herd and the recording of holdings and identification of animals (hereinafter referred to as the monitoring flock); 4.2. a farm that has been assigned a variety of farm animal breeding status according to the legislation on animal farms the variety of eligibility criteria and a variety of farm animal breeding status (hereinafter referred to as the variety of the farm); 4.3. the animal for at least a year of control (except pirmpien) according to the regulations on the monitoring of the animals (hereinafter monitoring existing animal) and that the State Agency "agricultural data centre" last year concluded the monitoring monitoring data has been withdrawn: 4.3.1. cow pirmpien are animal who is not calculated for the lactation of the standard data and that no more than four years; 4.3.2. the goat is a pirmpien animal who is not calculated for the lactation concluded the data and who is not younger than 15 months and not older than four years. 5. the State Agency "agricultural data centre" until 1 March 2010. to update the its homepage on the internet at the organisation referred to in point 3.1 and 4.2 varieties referred to in the list of holdings. 6. the aid is paid in excess of the provision in paragraph 2.1 for each aid measure for funding.
