Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 103 in 2010 February 2 (Mon. 6. § 18) driving acquisition and restore order and the issue of a driving licence, Exchange and restore order Issued pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act article 22, second paragraph, of the law "About the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" in article 18, paragraph 1, first subparagraph and the road transport law in the third paragraph of article 6.1 and the third paragraph of article 30.1 1. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. minimum requirements for driving a motor vehicle for obtaining of professional qualifications;
1.2. the procedures for acquiring and restoring motor vehicles, mopeds, trams and bicycle driving;
1.3. the arrangements for the issue, change and renew the driving licence. 2. the provisions do not apply to implements driving procedures and obtaining a driver's license, issuance, design change and renewal. 3. 26.2. the questions A1 and (A) categories of vehicle driving (additional questions): 42.2.1. protective clothing and helmets;
42.2.2. other road users action (in particular, their ability to see the motorcycle in a timely manner);
42.2.3. safe motorcycle driving in various road conditions;
42.2.4. condition of the motorcycle, the impact on road safety;
26.3. questions C1, C1, C, D1, d1e, D and DE CE, vehicle driving (additional questions): 42.3.1. driving and rest time of regulatory legal acts;
42.3.2. the carriage of goods or passengers of regulatory legal acts;
42.3.3. documents required by the transport of goods or passengers by inland and international traffic;
42.3.4. the driver's action, in the event of a road traffic accident (for example, passenger evacuation and first aid);
42.3.5. security measures by changing the wheels;
42.3.6. permissible vehicle weights and dimensions, speed limiter;
42.3.7. reading a road map, route planning (including electronic navigation systems);
42.3.8. safety factors relating to vehicle loading (only C1, C1, C and CE category);
42.3.9. the driver's responsibility in respect of the carriage of passengers, passenger convenience and safety, the transportation of children (only categories D1, d1e, D and DE);
26.3. the questions C, CE, D and DE vehicle driving (additional questions): 42.4.1. engine, cooling system, power system, electrical system, the ignition system and transmission design and operating principles;
42.4.2. protection by greasing and antifreeze;
42.4.3. tyre structure, Assembly, proper use and care;
42.4.4. the service braking system and the engine speed regulator types, operation, main parts, connection, use and day-to-day maintenance, ABS braking systems;
42.4.5. the coupling types, operation, main parts, connection, use and day-to-day maintenance (only for category CE and DE);
42.4.6. finding of the causes of damage to the vehicle;
42.4.7. vehicle maintenance and routine repair required;
42.4.8. the driver's responsibility for the goods receipt, transport and delivery in accordance with the agreed conditions (categories C, CE only). 43. The theoretical exam the applicant answered in sequence: 43.1. Vehicles of category M acquisition of the driver-to 20 basic questions;
43.2. vehicles in category A1 and driving acquisition – on 20 basic questions and drivers of vehicles in these categories for 10 additional questions;
43.3. vehicles of category B1 or B, as well as tram or bus driver acquisition-to 30 questions;
43.4. C1 or C category driving rights acquisition-for 30 key issues and drivers of vehicles in these categories for five additional questions;
43.5. vehicles of category D1 or D driving acquisitions – to 30 key issues and drivers of vehicles in these categories for the five additional questions. 44. The theoretical exam response time allowed for vehicles of category M driving acquisition in theoretical exam is 20 minutes, but the other categories of vehicles driving on the theoretical examination of acquisition to 30 minutes. 45. Driving 75. the applicant shall evaluate the errors according to the rules of procedure referred to in section 7.2. 76. The provisions referred to in Chapter 7 of the driving exam C1, C1, D1, D1, C, CE, D or DE acquisition drivers allowed to combine with the provisions referred to in paragraph 74 of the exam. 77.
