16. Delete paragraph 41.
17. Put 43 as follows: "43. Financing from the European Social Fund established in paragraph 6 of these rules shall not be subject to the cost:

43.1. not specified in these rules, in 36 35.1.4, 36.1, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 42 or does not comply with this provision, in paragraph 36 and 36.1, 37.4.38 and 39 in the limit on the amount of the eligible cost;
