Delete paragraph 3.
2. Express 4 by the following: "4. the holder of the Fund is the Ministry of agriculture. On the financial breakdown of the Fund rules referred to in point 8 as well as the financial means of the Fund or the Fund's refusal to grant the financial resources of the Fund shall be decided by the Council. The Fund's financial assets held in the Fund's account in the Treasury. "
3. Delete paragraph 14.
4. Make the following paragraph 16: "16. Projects referred to the Board of the Fund in accordance with the regulations on the procedure for the granting of national aid in the fisheries development of the financial resources of the Fund may be submitted to: 16.1. the national authority, municipality or other derived public person – for this rule 8.1., 8.2., 8.3., 8.4., 8.5., 8.6 and 8.7. referred to;
16.2. in accordance with the society and Foundation Law Association whose objectives are related to the use of resources and protection – for this rule 8.5 and 8.6. referred to. "
5. Delete paragraph 17.
6. To express the following paragraph 25: "25. the Fund's secretariat shall perform the functions of the Ministry of agriculture. The Council of the Fund Secretariat performs the following tasks: 25.1. technically supports the work of the Council of the Foundation;
25.2. preparing documents for consideration by the Fund's Board meetings;
25.3. The Foundation Council recorded sitting members;
25.4. the minutes of the Council meetings of the Fund;
25.5. prepare and place the information about the Fund and the planned meetings of the Council of the Fund, the Ministry of Agriculture website on the internet. "
7. Delete paragraph 26.
8. Replace paragraph 27, the words "Latvian fish resource agency" with the words "Ministry of agriculture".
9. Replace paragraph 28, the words "the law" with the words "the law".
10. Replace the words "paragraph 29 Latvian fish resource agency" with the words "Ministry of agriculture and rural support service".
