12. If the installer of the lift is provided by the use of documentation in electronic form, the possessor has the right to lift the rule laid down in paragraph 11 to use and update the documents electronically.
13. If the holder of the lift are not available in this provision of the acts referred to in paragraph 11, the possessor is responsible for the preparation of the document.

III. The elevator inspection

41.8. cockpit and lift the weight of the counterweights, cabs and the conformity of the lift with the parameters of the shaft to the passport and use the values specified in the documentation.
42. the current technical verification shall be carried out at intervals not exceeding 12 months.
43. The inspection authority during the technical examination sealed safety devices in accordance with the applicable requirements of the standards.
44. the extraordinary technical inspections required in the following cases: 44.1. technical parameters of the lift after the changes that are listed in the annex of the rules laid down in the elevator of the Passport;
44.2. after its building or construction reconstruction or overhaul, in which the lift is installed, as well as the elevator shaft or machinery space sizing;
44.3. the consumer rights protection centre officials request.
45. the extraordinary technical examination, the amount of which shall be determined by the inspection body in accordance with the applicable requirements of the standards.
46. the technical inspection body of the inspection data on lift articulates the dangerous equipment and draw up a protocol for technical examination in duplicate. One copy of the inspection protocol of the inspection body shall issue the holder of the lift or his authorised representative shall keep the other not less than 10 years from the date of the inspection.
47. If the lift meets the requirements of this regulation, the institution of the inspection regulations on dangerous equipment tests sign verified in accordance with the procedure laid down in the elevator in a visible place (e.g. next to the elevator usage rules) affixed to hazardous equipment inspection mark.

49. VI. the national monitoring and control

50. the implementation of these provisions and monitoring shall be carried out by the consumer rights protection centre.

51.2. to prohibit the use of the elevator, if not carried out technical inspection of these regulations in accordance with the procedure laid down in chapter V.
VII. Closing questions 52. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 19 June 2001, Regulation No 260 "Elevator Safety and technical supervision rules" (Latvian journal, 2001, no. 97, no. 176; 2003; 2005, no. 16; 2008, 150. no).
53.
