Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 337 in the 2010 April (pr 6. Nr. 14) 17 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 16 December 2008 rules no 1024 "rules on the monthly premium to the old-age and invalidity pensions" issued in accordance with the law "on State pensions" transitional provisions of paragraph 41 to make a Cabinet of 16 December 2008 rules no 1024 "rules on the monthly premium to the old-age and invalidity pensions" (Latvian journal, 2008, no. 198) the following amendments: 1. Replace paragraph 7, the words and figures "42. transitional provisions or 46" with words and "transitional provisions", paragraph 42.
2. Make the following point 12: ' 12. If a person age or invalidity pension is paid in advance, the premium paid in advance according to the law "on State pensions" article 33. "
3. Supplement with 14.1, 14.2 and 14.3 points as follows: 14.1 if the Agency receives "information about the beneficiary's departure on a permanent basis to the European economic area Member State, the recipient of the pension to which the premium paid by a premium restored from the date of interruption of the premium, but not earlier than 12 months before the date of receipt of that information.
14.2 To the premium paid in the European economic area Member States resident agency of the pension recipients, residence is determined on the basis of the European economic area Member States pensions information provided by the competent institution or one of the following documents: 1. a person of 14.2, issued by the national population of the institution responsible for registration;
14.2 2. personal application, which contains the address of the place of residence and are confirmed by the notary or the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia.
14.3 14.2 of these regulations and 14.2 2.1 referred to in documents must be legalised if the Republic of Latvia concluded international treaties do not provide for different arrangements. "
4. Replace paragraph 18, the number and the word "article 37" with a number and the words "of article 37 first paragraph".
