Nr. 38) 15 amendments to the Cabinet of 15 April 2003, regulations No. 184 "requirements for transactions with biocides" Issued under the chemicals Act, the seventh paragraph of article 9 to make a Cabinet of 15 April 2003, regulations No. 184 "requirements for transactions with biocides" (Latvian journal, 2003, 83 no; 2005, no. 102; 2007; 2008, 121. Permissions may be granted the use of biocides in wood processing in situ and treated wood exposed to the weather.
Permission to use granted on the following conditions: 1) biocides, which allows use for industrial and professional use, should be used only with the appropriate personal protective equipment, unless the application for authorisation of the use of biocides used biocides do not demonstrate that the risks of industrial or professional users can be reduced to acceptable levels by other means;
2) given in relation to soil and water environment identified risks, should make appropriate risk reduction measures for soil and water environment. 68. The deletion of annex 6, paragraph 3.3., the words "and when the Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency shall, in accordance with rule 25.3. section has indicated that the study should be carried out".
69. To replace the 11, 12 and 13. Annex: 69.1. the words "Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency" with the words "the national environmental guard";
EB 69.2. the words "Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency Director" with the words "the Director-General of the national environmental guard".
70. Deletion of annex 14.
