Regulations No. 485 ' organic monitoring and control arrangements" (Latvian journal, 2009, 90 no) the following amendments: 1. Express (2) of the following : "2. the Council Regulation No 834/2007 of 27 and article 30 and Commission Regulation No 889/2008 article 9, paragraph 4 of article 18, paragraph 1, 25 (c) of article 1 and paragraph 2, article 29, paragraph 1 of article 36, paragraph 2 and 3, article 38, paragraph 2 of article 40, paragraph 1," a ") (the" v "and in paragraph 2, in article 42 and 47, 58 paragraph 1 a in subparagraph" c " 95. 4. Make the following paragraph 16: "16. 6. Add to paragraph 21, after the word "conditions" with the words "and paid duty".
7. Delete paragraph 22.
8. Replace the first sentence of paragraph 24, the number "20" with the number "50".
9. Supplement with 26.1 points by the following: "Operator in accordance with 26.1 of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007, article 23 paragraph 4 of" b "and" c "section of the list of ingredients of food items with an asterisk (*) indicates all organic ingredients and the list inserts the text" organic ingredients: x% ", where" x "is a common organic ingredients produced in the proportion in relation to the ingredients of agricultural origin of the product in the total amount."

14.
