6.3. building energy efficiency shall be issued a temporary certificate.
7. energosertifikācij of in-service buildings shall be carried out in accordance with the calculation of the energy performance of the building method of assessing energy efficiency calculated (characteristics) and the measured (operational) energy efficiency.
8. the Projected building (jaunbūvj and compensated building) energosertifikācij shall be calculated by assessing energy efficiency of (adjective).
9. building energy efficiency is given by the total annual figures: 9.1. energy consumption in kilowatt-hours per square metre for a year;
9.2. carbon dioxide emissions assessment – kilograms of carbon dioxide per square metre per year.
10. relationship between energoauditor and regulation of the energy audit establishes mutually agreed.
11. to energoauditor to appreciate buildings, building energy audit client provides access to the following documents and information about the building: 11.1. building project or inventory plan;
11.2. building technical systems projects or drawings;
11.3. building technical systems instructions;
11.4. building technical systems operation and maintenance logs or reports;
11.5. the actual use of the premises and the temperature in the premises;
11.6. the utility provider invoice for the amount of energy consumed by a building, or the building's technical systems;
11.7. data on building commissioning;
11.8. the data about the building's technical systems installation or replacement of buildings during the operation;
7.4. calculation of energy, if any;
11.10. previous inspection findings, if any;
11.11. entry and access to the building's technical systems;
11.12. other required information related to building energy audits and heating boiler or air conditioning system check smooth operation.
12. If the customer is unable to provide the energoauditor to in paragraph 11 of these rules such documents or information, Subscriber ensure alternative energoauditor information or agree to other required information acquisition.
III. Building energy performance certificate 13. building energy performance certificate is prepared into existing buildings in accordance with the provisions of annex 1, but the building's energy performance certificate – projected temporary buildings (new construction and compensated buildings) in accordance with the provisions of annex 2.

16. the energy performance certificate of a building or building energy performance certificate shall be issued by the interim paper document or electronic document.

19. The construction of the information system in the maintenance of the buildings of the energosertifikācij data necessary for monitoring: 19.1. included under these regulations issued documents: 19.1.1. the energy performance certificate of a building;
19.1.2. building energy efficiency provisional certificate;
19.1.3. boiler Inspection Act;
19.1.4. air conditioning system inspection;
19.2. what personnel certification bodies give to the Ministry of the economy, according to the laws and energoauditor certification and surveillance.
