Express 8 and 9 point as follows: "8. the activity exercised limited project application selection. The responsible authority shall organise the selection referred to once.
9. Apakšaktivitāt total available for funds is to apply 12 223 940 lats, including European Social Fund funding – 11 082 145 lats and State budget funds-1 141 795 lats. "
2. Express 15 and 16 points as follows: "the maximum applicable 15. European Social Fund funding is 90.66 percent of the total eligible cost of the project, but no more for this rule set out in paragraph 9.
16. the minimum Project total eligible costs is not limited to, the maximum eligible cost total is 12 223 940 lats. "
3. To express 17 as follows: "17. the responsible authority up to 31 March 2009 draft sent to the applicant, which complies with the provisions of paragraph 13 of these requirements, call for project applications (hereinafter referred to as the notice)."
4. Express section 18.5 as follows: "this rule 18.5 60 paragraph project."
5. Delete 19.2.3. section.
6. To express the following paragraph 12.2: "12.2. fill out a project application, the applicant of the project required project cost plan according to this provision, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 68 and 69 costs referred to in paragraph 1, and about restrictions, giving the project the expected costs and ensuring compliance with project objectives, planned activities and anticipated results. The European Social Fund project in the application intends only to cover the eligible costs of the project; ".
7. Make the following paragraph 21: "21. The responsible authority shall have the right to organize a more limited application of additional selection, not subject to this provision, paragraph 17, the deadline for sending the invitation if: this rule 21.1 18.2. within the time limit referred to in the project, the applicant has not submitted a project submission;
21.2. the project application is rejected;
21.3. the project application is approved for an amount that is less than that of the provisions referred to in paragraph 9 of the total eligible cost. "
8. Delete the 26.1.9 in the name and the number "and 19.2.3.".
9. Replace the 26.1.18 in numbers and the words "or in 60.2 60.1." with a number and the word "60".
10. Express 51.2.3. subparagraph as follows: "51.2.3. remuneration costs (excluding allowances and compensation which does not calculate State income tax and compulsory social insurance contributions, as well as excluding bonuses, stimulus materials and prize money) business practices, including the remuneration must not exceed 50 per cent of the national minimum wage paid in proportion to the target group of the trainees (the true, if implemented this rule 6.3 eligible actions referred);".
11. Express 60 as follows: "60. Project implementation plan of the agreement until 30 June 2013."
12. Make 69 and 70 of the following paragraph: "69. Up to 19 March 2010. this rule 48.2. costs referred to in (a) shall not exceed five per cent of direct eligible costs and are considered eligible, except that rule 53.1. the control referred to in staff costs, which are not considered as eligible costs.
70. This rule 48.2. the costs referred to in subparagraph indirect costs variable-rate apply from 20 March 2010. "
13. Express point 73 the following: "73. An amendment of the project, which includes 48.1.5. these provisions referred to in the application for costs, the beneficiary shall submit documents supporting the budget of the European Regional Development Fund supports cost calculations and the need for the implementation of project activities in accordance with the Council Regulation No 1083/2006, article 34 paragraph 2."
