No 32 46) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 235 "mandatory drinking water safety and quality requirements, monitoring and control procedures," Issued under the food surveillance law article 4, second and fourth paragraphs of article 19 and the fifth to do 1. Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 235 "mandatory drinking water safety and quality requirements, monitoring and control arrangements" (Latvian journal , 2003, nr. 81; 2005, nr. 197; 2006 4. nr.; in 2007, 54 no; in 2008, 79 no; 2009, 121, 157. No.) the following amendments: 1. Express 4 by the following: "4. The rules referred to in paragraph 3, the obligation of economic operators to arrange routine monitoring and auditmonitoring do not apply to retail establishments which do not produce food and does not deal with its preparation or processing, and plant products primary production companies, if the drinking water is not used in the processing of the products. ';
1.2. deletion of 4.1 1.2. section;
1.3. Express 4.1 1.5. subparagraph by the following: "4.1 1.5. plant products from primary production establishments, where the drinking water used in the processing of products;";
1.4. replace paragraph 19, the words "Minister of health" with "health inspection Manager";
1.5. make 19.1 point as follows: "the application of the special rules 19.1 discovery merchant, water suppliers, municipal or other applicant (hereinafter applicant) shall submit a health inspection. Health inspection examine the application and determine the specific rules by issuing an opinion on water supply system found the risks to human health and the corrective action to be taken. ";
1.6. to replace 19.2, 19.3 and paragraph 22, the words "Ministry of health" (fold) with the words "health inspection" (fold);
1.7. to supplement the rules by 26.2 points as follows: "all decisions on the special 42.2 rules, adopted by 2010 31 December, remain in effect until the expiry of the period laid down therein."
2. This rule 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6. subparagraph shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
