Bill of exchange protest act due to non payment of a bill of Exchange (annex 1);
1.2. the Bill of exchange protest act due to the non-acceptance of a Bill (annex 2).
2. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of 21 February 1995, the provisions of no. 40 "Bill of discharge and circulation rules" (Latvian journal, 1995, no. 31).
3. the rules shall enter into force on July 1, 2010.
