With regard to safety-belt anchorages test reports recognised as equivalent only if these anchorages are tested on the basis of the OECD Council on 19 April 2000 decision C (2000) 59, as amended by the OECD Council on 29 March 2005, decision C (2005) (1). In these cases, the test does not lapse. New test report be drawn up on the basis of the new version of the code. "
2. This rule 1.4, 1.5, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12. and 1.14. subparagraph shall enter into force on 1 May 2011.
