Economic operator that provides transportation services or the authorised person of the accident shall immediately inform the service. 71.24 from Latvia to another Member of the European Union or third countries are not allowed to move live swine (condition does not apply to the exceptions referred to in this rule, no 71.12, 71.11, 71.13 71.10, 71.16 and 71.20), except when the following conditions are met: 1. the pig 71.24 storage outside (I), (II) and (iii) risk areas (3 and 4); 2. swine origin 71.24 shed 30 days prior to the export of pigs is not inserted, the origin of which storage is in I, II, III or IV risk area (3 and 4). 71.25 from Latvia to another Member State of the European Union or its territory that is free from swine fever, or third country allowed movement of live pigs, whose origin storage is located (I) in the risk areas if they meet one of the following conditions: 1. the transportable 71.25 swine meet the following requirements: 1.1. origin 71.25 shed since birth or not less than 30 days without a break before the scheduled transfer and the 30 days entered the shed is not no pigs of I, II, III or IV risk areas (3 and 4); 1.2. have been kept 71.25 in circumstances where the animal owner has implemented biosecurity measures in accordance with the laws and regulations on biosecurity measures for animal holding; 71.25 1.3.15 days before the planned transfer of the service authorized by the inspector or the veterinarian has checked out the samples for laboratory examinations and on the day of the move made by clinical examination of the pigs for swine fever, swine fever in accordance with the diagnostic manual provided for in the agenda, as well as in clinical and laboratory studies have been found in the pigs swine fever; 71.25 2. transportable swine meet the following requirements: 2.1 origin 71.25 shed since birth or for at least 30 days before the scheduled transfer without a break, and during the 30 days entered the shed is not no pigs of I, II, III or IV risk areas (3 and 4); 2.2. have been kept 71.25 in circumstances where the animal owner has implemented biosecurity measures in accordance with the laws and regulations on biosecurity measures for animal holding; 71.25 2.3. holding of origin for at least two times a year with at least four months apart in accordance with the rules referred to in point 8 of the agenda have been examined by the Inspector and for 60 days earlier in clinical investigation of swine is not detected the swine fever symptoms, as well as in laboratory studies is not detected swine fever agent or evidence of its presence; 71.25 2.4. were kept in conditions in which the animal owner has implemented this provision, 68.2.4. and 68.2.2.68.2.7. measures referred to in paragraph.
