International Studies" project application selection first round implementing provisions Issued under the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund the 2014 – 2020 programming period management law of 6 and article 20 paragraph 13 i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" priority axis "education skills and lifelong learning in support of specific target 8.3.6. "to introduce the education quality monitoring system" (hereinafter referred to as the objective) of the measure "participation 8.3.6.1. International Studies ' project selection for the first round of the application (hereinafter referred to as the project application selection in the first round); 1.2. the project application selection first round; 1.3. selection of project submissions for the first round of funding available; 1.4. requirements for the project of the European Social Fund (hereinafter the project) to the applicant and project partners; 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. the simplified conditions of application costs and order; 1.7. the agreement for the implementation of a project (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) a unilateral notice conditions. 2. the project application selection first round goal is participation in international education and international research organisations research education policy development, policy implementation and impact evaluation. 3. the project application selection first round target group is the national institution responsible for educational content development, implementation monitoring, evaluation of the quality of education, as well as the implementation of international research and science education policy. 4. the project application selection first round goal achieved, the implementation of the provisions referred to in paragraph 22, and assisted by 2019. 19.
