"the promotion of Diversity measures (anti-discrimination)" implementing provisions Issued under the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund the 2014 – 2020 programming period management law of 6 and article 20 paragraph 13 i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" in support of specific target 9.1.4. "increasing risks of discrimination of persons subject to the integration into society and the labour the market "9.1.4.4." the promotion of Diversity measures (anti-discrimination) "(hereinafter measure); 1.2. the objectives of the measure; 1.3. in the event the funds available; 1.4. the requirements of the European Social Fund project for the applicant and partners; 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. the simplified conditions of application costs and order; 1.7. the agreement for the implementation of a project in a unilateral notice conditions. 2. objective of the measure is to reduce employment and full socio-economic barriers to inclusion and social exclusion risks subject to discrimination of persons, while ensuring the promotion of awareness of the public on the prevention of discrimination. 3. in the event the target group are: 3.1 the following social exclusion and discrimination of persons at risk groups: 3.1.1. persons subject to discrimination on grounds of sex, the risk of persons after maternity leave, from the abused persons, persons who looked after another family member, and single-parent families; 3.1.2. persons subject to the risk of discrimination because of age (persons 50 years of age); 3.1.3. the person subject to the risk of discrimination on grounds of disability, including unemployed persons with disabilities, persons with disabilities and the low level of education; 3.1.4. the person subject to the risk of discrimination, ethnic origin, including the Roma and other ethnic minorities; 3.2. employers and their employees; 3.3. asylum-seekers and persons with refugee or alternative status. 4. Measure are achievable following monitoring indicators: 4.1 to 2018 31 December: outcome indicator 4.1.1-aided a disadvantaged population in – 1 500; 4.1.2. financial performance – certified expenditure of eur 2 430 894; 4.2. till 2023 December 31:4.2.1 the outcome indicator – supporting a disadvantaged population in – 3 100; 4.2.2 results figure-disadvantage existing members after leaving (after participation in a measure) started their job search, engaged in education/training, qualifications, in employment, including the self-employed, – 1 800.5. Measures implemented in a limited selection of project application form. 6. Measure the responsible authority for the Ministry of welfare. 7. Measure the total available funding is attributable 6 813 045 euros, including the European Social Fund – Euro 5 791 088 and State budget funds – € 1 021 957. 8. the maximum eligible European Social Fund funding does not exceed 85 percent of the overall eligible project funding. 9. Measure the following costs: plan 17.1. direct eligible costs; 17.2. indirect eligible costs; 17.3. the unexpected costs. 18.
