No. 6 28) action programme "growth and employment" 6.3.1. specific objective "to increase regional mobility, improving national regional road quality" implementing provisions Issued under the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund the 2014 – 2020 programming period management law article 20 paragraph 13 i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" priority axis "sustainable transport system" 6.3.1. specific objectives of aid "to increase regional mobility by improving the quality of State regional road "(hereinafter referred to as the specific support); 1.2. specific aid objectives; 1.3. specific aim of aid funding available; 1.4. the requirements of the European regional development fund project applicant (hereinafter referred to as project applicant); 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. agreement on the implementation of the project (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) unilateral notice conditions. 2. The specific objective is to improve the national regional availability and quality of roads, making road infrastructure conservation measures (including the conversion of regional road surface strengthening of capacities) and while improving road safety. 3.
