Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 150 in 2016 (8 March. No § 12 25) operational programmes for the "growth and jobs" 5.4.2. specific aid target "to provide environmental monitoring and control systems development and timely environmental risk prevention, as well as public participation in environmental management" measures of 5.4.2.1 ' biodiversity conservation and ecosystem protection prerequisites for "implementing provisions issued under the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund the 2014 – 2020 programming period management law of 6 and article 20 paragraph 13 i. General questions 1. determines the : 1.1 the procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" priority axis "environmental protection and resource use efficiency" 5.4.2. "specific objective to provide environmental monitoring and control systems development and timely environmental risk prevention, as well as public participation in environmental management" measures of 5.4.2.1 ' biodiversity conservation and ecosystem protection requirements "(hereinafter measure); 1.2. the objectives of the measure; 1.3. in the event the funds available; 1.4. requirements for cohesion fund projects applicant (hereinafter referred to as project applicant); 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. the simplified conditions of application costs and order; 1.7. the agreement for the implementation of a project (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) a unilateral notice conditions. 2. objective of the measure is to prepare the conditions for the conservation of biological diversity and ecosystem protection, making the European Union the importance of specially protected habitat abundance and quality, the resulting analysis of basic information, as well as developing a specially protected natural area conservation plans and especially protected species protection plans. 3. in the event the target group is natural and environmental protection, monitoring and control bodies, associations and foundations operating in the field of nature protection, local authorities, citizens and economic operators. 4. Measure are achievable following monitoring indicators: outcome indicators: 4.1 4.1.1 developed 20 specially protected natural areas conservation plans; 4.1.2. developed by five European Union particularly protected species of protection plans; 4.2. the table of results, from 30 percent to 45 percent of the total number of specially protected areas increased the specially protected natural areas, which developed conservation plans; 4.3. financial performance – up to 2018 December 31 certified expenditure 2 422 500 eur; 4.4. a horizontal principle of "sustainable development" and its value to be achieved according to point 4.1 of these regulations. 5. the measures implemented in the restricted application of the project selection. 6. II. III. eligible activities and costs 12.
