Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 762 Riga 2010 (august 10. No 41) the European globalisation adjustment fund funding, and the conditions for the use of active employment and reduction of unemployment prevention measures Issued in accordance with the law on the support of the unemployed and jobs seekers-article 4 of the tenth i. General questions 1. European globalisation adjustment fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) funding, and the conditions for the use of active employment and reduction of unemployment prevention measures to the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006, Regulation (EC) no 1927/2006 on establishing the European globalisation adjustment fund.
2. These provisions shall implement appropriate: 2.1. Of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006, Regulation (EC) no 1927/2006 on establishing the European globalisation adjustment fund (hereinafter referred to as the Council Regulation No 1927/2006);
2.2. The European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009. Regulation (EC) No 546/2009 amending Regulation (EC) no 1927/2006 on establishing the European globalisation adjustment fund (hereinafter referred to as the Council Regulation No 546/2009);
2.3. the laws and regulations of the European Union's structural and cohesion funds management and control of the 2007 to 2013 programming period, in so far as these provisions do not stipulate otherwise.
3. Aid from the Fund's target group is the Council Regulation No 1927/2006 article 1, the persons who have acquired the status of unemployed.
4. the planned funding for the period 2010-2013:4.1 this provision a person referred to in paragraph 3, support-2 194 272 lats;

17. III. Fund financing and the use of the Fund, 19 funding and use, management and control provides the following authorities: 19.1. managing authority;
19.2. the audit authority;
19.3. the cooperation of the authority;
19.4. the Commission.
20. the Fund referred to in the implementation of the co-financed measures, provided the beneficiary of the Fund – the Agency. After this rule 12.2. order referred to the Cabinet of Ministers of the beneficiaries of the Fund shall conclude an agreement with the liaison body for the implementation of the measures referred to in the application (hereinafter referred to as the agreement). Beneficiaries of the Fund has the following responsibilities:

20.1. these provisions involve 3 Parties referred to the active employment measures and preventive measures in reducing unemployment, vocational training, retraining, improvement of qualifications and non-formal education, competitive events, as well as commercial or self-employment activities to initiate and support measures in the package according to the legislation on the employment measures active and preventive measures to reduce unemployment, organisation and financing arrangements for the implementation of the measures and selection principles;
20.2. ensure accounting separately for each application in the implementation, as well as statistical records of each Fund co-financed measures of the parties involved, its gender, age, education level, social exclusion risk population groups;
20.3. to provide double the financing risk prevention and the demarcation with the European Social Fund financed in the framework of active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment without involving this provision, the persons referred to in paragraph 3, while European Social Fund funded the active employment measures and preventive measures in the reduction of unemployment and the measures financed under the Fund;
20.4. to submit reports on the cooperation in the implementation of the measures co-financed by the Fund and the progress payment requests in accordance with the agreement;
20.5. to provide information on the implementation of the measures co-financed by the Fund, and to ensure that the provisions of the institutions referred to in paragraph 19 of the access of all to the implementation of the measures co-financed by the Fund related to the original document or their derivatives, as well as the implementation of the measures co-financed by the Fund.
21. The managing authority shall perform the functions of the Ministry of welfare. The managing authority is the European Union's structural and cohesion funds act in the second paragraph of article 9 of the rights.

23. the audit authority for the European Union's structural and cohesion funds management the law laid down in article 11 of the audit authority. 25.4. the financing of technical assistance and to monitor the use of funding.
26. the cooperation body is the functional supervision of the managing authority.
27. the authority shall establish cooperation, coordinated with the managing authority and the approved internal normative acts, which determines the order in which it takes the European Union's structural and cohesion funds management the law article 13, first paragraph, point 6 and these rules and 25.4 25.3. the obligations referred to in.
