No 51 23) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 April 2007 the Regulation No 269 "procedure is assigned to national and EU support for agriculture direct aid scheme" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet on 17 April 2007 the Regulation No 269 "procedure is assigned to national and EU support for agriculture within the direct support schemes" (Latvian journal , 2007, no. 69, 165; in 2008, 64, 93, 163. no; in 2009, 62 no; 2010, no. 48.) the following amendments: 1. Replace paragraph 3 "numbers" with numbers in 1782/2003 "73/2009".

Supplement with 78.7 78.8, Chapter 8.1, 78.9, 78.10, 78.11, 78.12, 78.13, 78.14, 78.15, 78.16, 78.17, 78.18, 78.19, 78.20 and follows 78.21 points: 78.7 "rural support service of the Commission of 29 October 2009. 78.11 collector together with the application for recognition is submitted by rural support service in the previous year, with the first contracts for the processor, or a copy of it or a letter of intent for processing raspberry and strawberry transfer during the year.

78.12 2. at least five years, the following information: 78.12 2.1. all purchased and sold for processing raspberry and strawberry;
78.12 2.2. first processors (business) name, address and registration number;
2.3. the name of the farmer 78.12 (trade name), address, registration number (legal person) or the name, address and identity number (physical person) that you bought the raspberries intended for processing or strawberries.
78.13 first processor: 78.13 1. all of the collector or the farmer bought raspberries and strawberries in the processing of Regulation No 1234/2007, annex 1, part X of the products;
78.13 2. at least five years, the following information: all the bought 2.1 78.13 raspberry and strawberry;
2.2. the name of the person 78.13 (trade name), address, registration number (legal person) or the name, address and identity number (physical person) from which you purchased the intended for processing raspberries or strawberries;
2.3. the revised 78.13 raspberry and strawberry quantity and the resulting products, by-products and the types and quantities of intermediate products;
78.13 2.4. losses during processing;
78.13 2.5. raspberry or Strawberry dismantled product quantity and clearance reasons;
78.13 2.6. the volume of products sold and types.
If you changed this rule 78.14 78.9, 78.10 and the information referred to in paragraph 78.11 or changed, the resulting product, the collector or the first processor within two weeks in writing inform the field support service.
78.15 before a decision on the collector or the first processor's recognition of the field support service checks that 78.9 and 78.11 documents listed, as well as, if necessary, make the collector or the first processor's spot and prepare the audit report showing the receiver and processor's compliance with the conditions for recognition.
This rule 78.16 78.15 points, in the rural support service to make sure that the first processor has the proper equipment to farmers or Gatherer raspberry and strawberry delivered for processing.

78.20 field support service reverses the collector or the first recognized the status of the processor if: 1. the avowed 78.20 collector or first processor does not comply with this regulation and Regulation No 1121/2009 referred to in article 33;
2. the authorised collector 78.20 adopted from the farmer's raspberries and strawberries or deliver them to the first processor, which is less than 20 percent of contract processing in Raspberry and strawberry;
3. the first recognised 78.20 processor accepts the raspberries and strawberries or processing them, which is less than 20 percent of contract processing in Raspberry and strawberry.
If the field of 78.21 support repeal of the recognised collector or first processor status 78.20 these rules above reason, it is not eligible for recognition next year. "
