Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 873 Riga 2010 September (14. No 47 79. §) rules for traction (the engineer) qualification and thrust driving the acquisition of rights Issued in accordance with the law "About the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" 20. the third paragraph of article 37.1 of the Railway Act, the seventh subparagraph of article 1 and eighth i. 14. 15. 17. 21. The Person to whom the licence is cancelled, within 10 working days after the receipt of the cancellation of the transfer certificate, a certificate in national railway technical inspection.

23. If the licence is cancelled under this rule 19.2, 19.3, 19.4 or 19.5., a person may renew a licence after a year.

34.2.4. A4 – other locomotives used for shunting;
34.2.5. A5 – other traction features used for shunting and for the maintenance of the railway infrastructure and which are not part of the A1, A2, A3 and A4 in the subcategory;
34.2.6. B1-traction for passenger services;
34.2.7. B2-traction for the carriage of goods.
35. The harmonised complementary certificate may be authorized to manage all categories (A) and (B) the type of traction.
36. The harmonised complementary certificate is valid only for the specified station and railway infrastructure only in the specified rolling stock.

3.9.4.5. face in the photograph is a natural expression (closed mouth);

3.9.4.7. a person is without a hat, except where provided for in the regulations;
3.9.4.8. contrast and lighting in the photos is normal;
3.9.5. specify in 1.2.24 ID code of the applicant;
3.9.6. in point 1.2.25. indicate the language in which the applicant has acquired basic, secondary or higher education, if it is different from the mother tongue;
3.10. in point 1.2.28. indicate the date of signature of application.
