Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 964 Riga 2010 (October 12. 6. To supplement the provisions under point 8.1 as follows: "jam is heated and 8.1 to the flowing of the consistency of the mixture, which consists of one or more whole or crushed fruit, pulp or purée them, as well as from the sugar and water and soluble dry matter content is 47 – 59 per cent according to the refractometer readings."
7. Add to the introductory part of paragraph 10, after the word "jam" with the words "or jam".
8. Express 34 as follows: "34. Soluble dry matter content of products is 60 percent and more adequate Refractometer readings except jam and sugar products that are fully or partially replaced by sweeteners under the laws and regulations on the quality of the classification and labelling requirements for the different types of sugar. 9. Supplement with 44 as follows: "44. Jam that is produced or put into circulation in a Member State of the European Union or in Turkey according to its laws and regulations or in any produced European economic area country according to its laws, has the right to offer in Latvia, pursuant to the law" on conformity assessment for certain products in recognition of "the agenda."
