Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 984 Riga 2010 October 19 (Mon. No 54 12) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 May 2008 rules No 61 "procedure for granting state aid in the European Union fisheries development project submission open competition in the form of the measure" investments in fishing ports and fish landing sites "Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph do cabinet 26 May 2008 rules No 61" procedure for granting state aid in the European Union fisheries development project submission open competition in the form of the measure "investments in fishing ports and fish landing sites" (Latvian journal , 2008, 88., no. 174; 2009, 8., no. 129, 203; 2010, no. 120) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 8 and 9.
2. Make the following subparagraph 10.1.1.: "10.1.1 application project (annex 1) in two copies (one copy of the application, the project supports the applicant gets back to a field support service mark of submission (does not apply if the application of the draft shall be submitted to the electronic form of the document));".
3. Delete 10.1.3 and 10.1.4.
4. Delete 10.1.6. section.
5. Make the following point 10.2.1.: "10.2.1 application project (annex 1) in two copies (one copy of the application, the project supports the applicant gets back to a field support service mark of submission (does not apply if the application of the draft shall be submitted to the electronic form of the document));".
6. Delete paragraph 10.2.3.
7. subparagraph 10.3.1 to express the following: "10.3.1. the project submission (annex 1) in two copies (one copy of the application, the project supports the applicant gets back to a field support service mark of submission (does not apply if the application of the draft shall be submitted to the electronic form of the document));".
8. Delete paragraph 10.3.3.
9. Delete subparagraph 10.4.1.
10. Make the following subparagraph 10.4.2: "10.4.2. purchasing fixed assets, if that rule 5.3. aid referred the project to the applicant State or municipal owned land inside the port area, it shall, in accordance with the law on ports" declares land owned by the applicant for aid (certified copy (the original show)); ".
11. Make the following paragraph in 10.4.3.1: "10.4.3.1. document that, in accordance with the law on ports" declares land owned by the applicant for aid (certified copy (the original show)),-if this rule 5.3. aid referred the project to the applicant State or municipal owned land inside the port area; ".
12. Supplement with 10.2 point as follows: "10.2 real estate in which to implement the project, is the property of the applicant or supports the lease and is certified by the land registry Department issued notice or shore land registry certificate is registered in the land registry or a long term lease in which the rent period is not less than seven years from the date of submission of the application, except that rule 10.4.2 and 10.4.3.1. referred to."
13. Make the following paragraph version 15.6 "15.6. General costs (including architects, engineers and consultants, legal services, feasibility study, patents and licences costs) directly linked to the project preparation or implementation. General costs shall not exceed eight percent of the rest of the rules referred to in point 15 of the total eligible cost. Project application preparation, consulting and legal service costs does not exceed two percent of the rest of the rules referred to in point 15 of the total eligible cost. "
14. Express 24.1 point as follows: "24.1 the recipient simultaneously with the final payment request Field Support Services report on the implementation of the project results (annex 4) and the report on the beneficiary of economic indicators (annex 5)."
15. Make the new version of annex 1 (annex).
