Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 1175 2010 in Riga on December 21 (Mon. No 74 71) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment in the first part of 1. make the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice (Latvian journal, 2003, 70, 141, 161, 168, 180. No; 2004, 52, 90, 188. No; 2006, nr. 46; 2008, 49, 83, 171 no; 2009 104, 121, no. 203; 2010, no. 164) the following amendments: 1. delete paragraph 4.1.12.;
1.2. the Express 5.1.1. subparagraph by the following: "5.1.1. formulate and implement a national policy for national law, administrative law, criminal law, commercial law, civil law and religious law, as well as in the field of procedural law;";
1.3.5.1.5 shall be expressed by the following: ' 5.1.5. coordinate an aid objective system development, to promote the successful integration of immigrants in society; ".
2. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
