5. If payment is made to the credit institution, the person submitting the food and veterinary service of the application for the registration of food supplements, the application shall be accompanied by proof of payment of the fee for a copy of the document or with credit institutions Internet banking payments made through print, if it is clearly legible in the payer's name and signed by the person.
6. If the person that the application referred to in paragraph 5 shall be submitted to the electronic form of a document according to the regulations on electronic document design, the State duty payment with a copy of the identity document is not submitted and the application specifies the following information: 6.1 the applicant (company name);
6.2. taxpayer registration number;
6.3. State fee and the amount paid;
6.4. the State budget revenue account number;
6.5. date when a payment has been made.
7. a State fee shall be credited to the State in General.
8. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
