Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 155 in 2011 (February 22. 11. § 54) amended the Cabinet on 1 November 2010 by Regulation No 1026 "procedures for granting state aid in the European Union and open project submissions in the form of a competition event" modernisation of agricultural holdings "" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet on 1 November 2010 by Regulation No 1026 "procedures for granting state aid in the European Union and open project submissions in the form of a competition event" modernisation of agricultural holdings "(Latvian journal 2010, no. 176; 16. in 2011, no.) the following amendments: 1. Add to paragraph 17 with the second sentence as follows: "this provision shall apply if the round lasts more than 30 calendar days."
2. Replace paragraph 28.1, the words "dairy sector" with the words and figures "in the dairy sector, subject to the Council of 22 October 2007, Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (single CMO Regulation), chapter III, section III".
