Express 4 by the following: "4. the holder of the Fund is the Ministry of agriculture. On the financial breakdown of the Fund rules referred to in point 8 as well as the financial means of the Fund or the Fund's refusal to grant the financial resources of the Fund shall be decided by the Council. The Fund is administered by the financial resources of the Field support service. The Fund's financial assets held in the Fund's account in the Treasury. "
2. To replace the words "in paragraph 8.4. the Ministry of the environment national environmental service (hereinafter referred to as the national environment authority)" with the words "public service" of the environment.
3. Add to paragraph 8.8., after the word "monitoring" with the words "as well as with the Fund's Board members of missions and duty travel".
4. Replace the introductory part of paragraph 9, the number "13" with the number "12".
5. To replace the words "in paragraph 9.2, Ministry of the environment" with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry".
6. Delete paragraph 9.4.
7. Make the following paragraph 11: "11. members of the Board of the Fund does not receive payment for the work of the Council of the Foundation. The Foundation's mission or Council members travel expenses field support service shall be made in accordance with the laws of the order in which the recoverable costs associated with business travel. "
8. Supplement with 11.1 points as follows: "11.1 documents proving this provision referred to in paragraph 11 of the mission or business trip expenses, Member of the Board of the Fund shall be submitted personally to the field support service."
9. Make 16.2. subparagraph by the following: "the society of which 16.2. purpose of activities related to the use of resources and protection – for this rule 8.2., 8.5 and 8.6. referred to."
10. Replace paragraph 19 in number and the words "10 days" with the words "five working days".
11. Express 22 the following: "22. Foundation sitting is valid, if it at least seven members of the Board of the Fund."
12. Express 27 the following: 27. Ministry of agriculture each year before the first year of the Fund, the Council shall draw up the Foundation's current annual expenditure for approval by the Council of the Foundation. "
