General questions 1. determines the electronic communication network installation and construction procedures.

2.3. electronic communications networks the dismantling of existing electronic communications-network lines (including a support pole, mast, pillars and equipment) the demolition or removal of existing structures for electronic communications or real estate;
2.4. network reconstruction – electronic communications network or equipment replacement parts or other related work in the zone, or the internal electronic communications network, its parts or equipment replacement, or electronic communications network, or change the amount of equipment parts, maintaining the existing functions;
2.5. internal electronic communications network – internal inženiertīkl of the building as a whole behind the cable input for electronic communications services;
2.6. the electronic communications network RAM-RAM inženiertīkl, composed of a cable or communications cable sewer drains or ground cable from the electronic distribution of the termination points of the network to supply distribution in buildings and providing electronic communications services in the building;
2.7. working drawing – the internal electronic communications network installing solution and utilities representation;

2.9. technical diagram-transmission in the electronic communications network solution and existing utilities. Electronic communications network supplied technical diagrams and internal inženiertīkl working drawings may be combined if the project simultaneously.
3. Electronic communication network construction is carried out in accordance with the General provisions in so far as they do not conflict with these terms or the specific construction of the procedures provided for in article 6 of the law on construction of the first part of the established structures.
4. The State land service and electronic communications operators to public joint stock company "electronic communications Directorate" (hereinafter referred to as the communications Directorate) and the municipality of būvvald (hereinafter referred to as the būvvald) with the information required by these regulations to that function.
5. These rules also apply to electronic communications network installation, construction, reconstruction or dismantling, if it is for other buildings (e.g. buildings, roads), or if a construction article 6 of the law on construction in premises in the Cabinet is not determined by the particular construction procedures.
6. Installing the private electronic communications network, these rules are applicable: 6.1 installation performed outside the borders of your property;
6.2. private network infrastructure and communications is in a protective phalanx of other inženiertīkl.
7. Electronic communication network installation or construction may propose: 7.1.-the electronic communications operator public electronic communication networks for the establishment;
7.2. a natural or legal person – to create electronic communications network drive or install the internal electronic communications network, or create a private electronic communications network, or move the existing electronic communications network;
7.3. the State or local government authority – public private electronic communications networks.
8. Subscriber ensure reconciliation of electronic communication network project or installation of the electronic communications network for the implementation of projects under construction and ownership of the regulatory legislation, as well as the technical requirements of the rules.
9. Natural persons have the right to manage the electronic communication network works or independently carry out electronic communication network designing or building if the area concerned have received the certificate of būvpraks construction of regulatory legislation.

II. Electronic communications network installing 13. Installing electronic communications network, an act which lowers the shipbuilding construction safety, performance or robustness, not considered cable line installation, if the following conditions are fulfilled: 13.1 if the diameter of the bore hole in the bearing structures or carrying items not exceeding 50 mm, the distance between the holes is at least 0.5 m; 13.2. with the drilling does not reduce the bearing capacity of the structure, is not affected by the drilling construction reinforcement or other performance support elements;

15.2. installation of the hanging cable line projects;
15.3. the antenna and radio equipment installation projects;

16.4. hardware and materials list;

10.4. the reconciliation with their inženiertīkl owners of infrastructure intended for use in those electronic communications network elements for strengthening or-;

17. 19. the antenna and radio equipment installation project, in addition to the provisions referred to in paragraph 16 of the document adds: 19.1. mount antenna and radio equipment for the location plan indicating the GPS coordinates and fotofiksācij;

19.2. the antenna, the mast support or reinforcement of the solution.

26. The client application and the corresponding electronic communications network installing project submitted to the Directorate of the acceptance of electronic communications.
27. electronic communications network installing project submitted in electronic communications Directorate in duplicate, one copy of them with the consent of the original stored electronic communications Directorate or electronically, in accordance with the rules of electronic documents, and one issued by the customer.
28. If not submitted relevant this rule 16, 17, 18, 19, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of these documents or the documents submitted are incomplete, the communications Directorate within five working days from the date of submission of the project require a subscriber to the additional information required.

43.3. the projected cable line network plan of the situation of the scale of 1:2000 to 1:10 000 M;
43.4. projected in the cable line tracks the situation plan scale 1:5000 and M of M 1:100000, if the route is between the county administrative centers or cities of the Republic of Latvia;
43.5. construction work provided for in the calculation of the amount;
27.1. the planned list of materials;
27.2. reconciliation and reconciliation of the list;
43.8. home improvement (rebuilding) work.
44. Technical project includes: 44.1. Design task;
44.2. the explanatory memorandum;
44.3. the planning and architectural task and specific provisions;

27.9. list of materials used;
44.10. home improvement (rebuilding) work;
44.11. road crossings in the cross-sectional profile of the scale M 1:100 or 1:200 M, giving the cable or the cable drain-depth;
44.12. If cross River, the water of the cross-sectional profile scale M 1:100 or 1:200 M, giving the cable or the cable drain-depth;
44.13. stakeholders (such as land, buildings, owners of inženiertīkl) consent list;
44.14. special safety requirements, if necessary.
45. The Subscriber before electronic communication network construction in the būvvald of the submission, submit their electronic communications Directorate. Electronic communications Directorate within 10 working days of adopting one of the following decisions: 45.1. match construction;
45.2. provide a reasoned written refusal to coordinate projects.
46. The Subscriber consistent electronic communication network construction plan shall be submitted to the būvvald. If būvvald has not submitted any specific rules or these 43.44. the documents referred to in paragraph 1 or the documents submitted are incomplete, būvvald 10 working days from the date of the submission of the projects require a subscriber to the additional information required.
47. If, within 10 working days from the date of request for additional information in the required information is not submitted, the būvvald būvvald shall decide on the dispatch of a construction contractor failure.

48. Būvvald 10 working days after all the relevant rules or the 43.44. receipt of documents referred to in paragraph construction and the appearance of one of the following decisions: 29.9. accept a construction;
48.2. provide a reasoned written refusal to accept a construction.

50. IV. 56. The electronic communications network for reconstruction of accounting and planning permission is not required (except for the provision in paragraph 55).
57. The reconstructed electronic communications networks (with the exception of this rule in paragraph 55) adopted into service in accordance with the Act concerning the acceptance into service of the object (annex 3).
