Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 235 in Riga 29 March 2011 (pr. No 20) 33 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 October 2008 No. 845 "in the terms of the national and European aid arrangements for the measure" investments in the equipment of fishing vessels and fishing gear selectivity "Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet in 2008, 13 October no. 845" in the terms of the national and European aid arrangements for the measure "investments in the equipment of fishing vessels and fishing gear selectivity" (Latvian journal , 2008, no. 162; 2009, 8, 203.129, no.) the following amendments: 1. delete the first sentence of paragraph 3.
2. Express 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 of paragraph by the following: "3.1 rural support service after the project submission acceptance: 1. launch the evaluation 3.1 in accordance with the laws of the State of the European Union and the granting of aid for the development of the rural and fisheries;
3.1 2. published on its website information on the event for the balance of the financing granted by updating information at least once a week.
3.2 from the date of implementation of the projects approved for funding reaches 80 percent of the available funding, the rural support service continues to accept project submissions for at least 30 calendar days, collecting and assessing them according to the rules referred to in paragraph 13 of the terms.

3.3. support of the applicant, 2 compliance with the status of the beneficiary;
3.3. support of the applicant's compliance with 3 economic viability. "
3. Delete 3.4 points.
4. Delete paragraph 6.4.
5. Delete paragraph 7.5.
6. Replace 9.1, 9.2.1 and 9.3.1.14 in the word "month" (fold) with the word "year" (fold).
7. Make paragraph 10 by the following: ' 10. It shall be submitted together with the application for the project or within six months after the entry into force of the rural support service of the decision on the approval of the project application. If investments for fishing vessels to fish in the cargo hold, support the modernisation of fishing vessels, the applicant (technical) project with the signature certifies that for the project to modernise the works do not increase the fishing vessel to fish cargo tank capacity (in cubic metres). The modernisation of fishing vessels (technical) project is presented, if the project planned for only this provision referred 17.2.3.6. eligible costs;
10.4. the procurement procedure documents – the subject of the procurement technical specification and all potential suppliers submitted tenders in accordance with the laws and regulations on the application of the procurement procedure. If designed for new construction or reconstruction, construction and the purchase of the purchase of the subject of the technical specifications and the potential suppliers submitted tenders – all presented together with the project application or within six months after the entry into force of the rural support service of the decision on the application for the approval of the project;
10.5. where the fishing takes place according to the Treaty of the European Union with third countries,-the third country concerned shall be issued by the competent institution of a fishing permit (license) for the third national economic zone waters.
10.6. 13. Amend section 17.5.1.
14. Make the following paragraph 10.9. "10.9. General costs (including architects, engineers and consultants, legal services, feasibility study, patents and licences costs) directly linked to the project preparation or implementation. General costs shall not exceed eight percent of the rest of the rules referred to in paragraph 17 of the total eligible cost. Project application preparation, consulting and legal service costs does not exceed two percent of the rest of the rules referred to in paragraph 17 of the total eligible cost. "
15. Delete 17.1 points.
16. To supplement the provisions and paragraph 20.3 20.2 as follows: "the State revenue service 20.2 by rural support service request: 20.2 1. that statement to the applicant is not a tax, duty or other compulsory payment of debts to the State budget;
