No 22 8) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 May 2007 regulations No 282 "tax and registration of electronic devices and equipment in working order" Issued in accordance with the law "About taxes and duties" in article 28.1, the fifth draw Cabinet 2 May 2007 regulations No 282 "payment of taxes and other logging equipment for electronic devices and procedures for using" (Latvian journal, 2007, 72, 205. no; 2008 117. no; 2009, no. 29, 143; 2010, 41, 100, 115, 166. No.) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 8 by the following: "8. the user shall ensure that cash register systems, specialized equipment and equipment for sealing, programming, installation, repair and maintenance (service) carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in these provisions established an operating service (hereinafter referred to as the operating authority)."
2. Delete paragraph 9.
3. Make 10 and 10.1 points as follows: "10. the user shall ensure that the person who performs the duties of a cashier (Cashier), are trained to work with the cash register, cash register system, specialized equipment or equipment model (modification), as well as writing down the cashier duties.

4. Delete the 10.2 and 10.3.
5. Delete paragraph 15.3.

10. 22. Make 81. the first sentence of the following paragraph: "the person in charge of the service before the cash register, cash register system, specialized equipment or equipment service make sure its technical capability for compliance with the laws and regulations on tax and registration of electronic devices and equipment technical requirements."
23. Delete paragraph 82.
24. in paragraph 93 of the deleted the words "pursuant to the contracts concluded with users".
25. Make 95 points as follows: "95. Operating service submit to the State revenue service report on the mandatory use of the seal (annex 9) during the quarter to the 15th date of the month. The State revenue service new seals shall not be issued if not presented an overview of the previous quarter. "
26. Delete 99.5. section.
27. 32.
