Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 340 in Riga 3 May 2011 (pr. 23. § 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 May 2009. Regulations No. 457 "rules about the order in which genetically modified organisms released into the environment or market monitoring and authorisation procedures, as well as the arrangements for providing information on the movement of genetically modified organisms, and public involvement in the decision making process ' Issued in accordance with the movement of genetically modified organisms Act article 5, first paragraph, point 2 done Cabinet 26 May 2009. Regulations No. 457" provisions on procedures in which genetically modified organisms released into the environment or market monitoring and authorisation procedures, as well as the arrangements for providing information on the movement of genetically modified organisms, and public involvement in the decision making process ' (Latvian journal, 2009, 84 no) the following amendments: 1.
