No 17 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 September 2015 Regulation No 558 of the "De minimis aid tracking and award procedures for the fishery and aquaculture sector" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5 the seventh paragraph to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 September 2015 Regulation No 558 of the "De minimis aid tracking and award procedures for the fishery and aquaculture sector" (Latvian journal, 2015, nr. 199.) the following amendments 1. Put 2 and 3 by the following: "2. for de minimis aid, in accordance with Commission Regulation No 717/2014 3., 4. and 5. the conditions laid down in article, the applicant shall provide support support provider application of the de minimis aid (annex 1) (hereinafter referred to as the application). The application indicates the applicant's de minimis aid during the current year and the previous two fiscal years, as well as the planned received de minimis aid regardless of the type of assistance and support. De minimis cumulation applicable de minimis aid the applicant provides information also on the other for the project concerned the support received for the same eligible costs. Providing information on the planned and other de minimis aid, the applicant indicates information about the aid to which he is logged in, but for which the donor has not yet made a decision. " 2.
