Express an indication on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "Issued under the law" on State pensions "paragraph 12 of the transitional provisions of the law" on the retirement pensions system, the Ministry of the Interior staff with special ranks "the second subparagraph of article 15, the Prosecutor of a retirement pension Act article 14, second paragraph, of the corruption prevention and combating Bureau officers retirement pension Act article 14, second paragraph Diplomats, retirement pension Act article 15, second subparagraph, State and local professional Orchestra, choir, koncertorganizācij, theater and circus artists of the retirement pension and benefits for the artists of Ballet creative work Act, the second paragraph of article 9.1 and ambulance service emergency medical staff involved in the provision of a retirement pension Act article 14, the second part ". 2. Replace paragraph 1, the words "or State and local professional Orchestra, choir, koncertorganizācij, theater and circus artists of the retirement pension and benefits for the artists of Ballet creative work law" with the words "national and local professional Orchestra, choir, koncertorganizācij, theater and circus artists of the retirement pension and benefits for the artists of Ballet creative work act or emergency medical services emergency medical staff involved in the provision of a retirement pension law."
