No 19 28) action programme "growth and employment" specific support 8.1.3 target "to increase advanced training institutions" implementing provisions Issued under the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund the 2014 – 2020 programming period management law of 6 and article 20 paragraph 13 i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. procedures for implementing the action programme "growth and employment" priority axis "education, skills and lifelong learning" 8.1.3. specific objectives of aid "to increase advanced training institutions" (hereinafter referred to as the specific support); 1.2. specific aid objectives; 1.3. specific support available funding; 1.4. the requirements of the European regional development fund project (hereinafter the project) the applicant and the partner of the project; 1.5. the eligible cost of the operation and the conditions of the question; 1.6. the simplified conditions of application costs and order; 1.7. an agreement or contract for the implementation of a project of unilateral notice conditions. 2. The specific objective of the aid is to modernise vocational education and secondary vocational institutions kultūrizglītīb, ensuring compliance with the learning environment for the development of the economy, and improving access to vocational training. 3. Specific aid target group is a professional education and vocational secondary kultūrizglītīb. 4. Specific support in implementing the responsible authority for the Ministry of education and science. 5. Specific aid objectives achieved, the implementation of this Regulation referred to in paragraph 20 of the eligible operations and reaching the following indicators: monitoring 5.1. until 2018 31 December: 5.1.1 outcome indicator: service delivery performance in vocational training supported by the infrastructure – 4 000 students, including not less than 315 students integrated territorial investment framework; 5.1.2. financial indicators: certified expenditure 59 728 388 eur; 5.2. until 2023 December 31:5.2.1. output indicator: service delivery performance in vocational training supported by the infrastructure – 10 800 students, including at least 693 students integrated territorial investment framework; 5.2.2. the result indicators: total 70-80 per cent fully modernise vocational education institutions. 6. Specific support to implement limited project submissions in the form of the selection of two project application selection round (round): 6.1 the first selection round for the framework of the country and established the Ministry of education and science and subordinated to the municipal vocational educational institutions established in the learning environment for modernisation; 6.2. the second selection round for the framework established and subordinated to the Ministry of culture and the municipality founded a professional mid-kultūrizglītīb institutional learning environment for modernisation. 7. III. eligible activities and costs 20. Specific aid are eligible for the following: 20.1. with appropriate experts in the Council or a Council of Kultūrizglītīb agreed the purchase of equipment and installations in vocational training institutions to provide training process the following priority thematic areas of education or in groups (hereinafter referred to as priority programs of vocational training): 20.1.1. mechanics and engineering; 20.1.2. energy; 20.1.3. electronics and automation; 20.1.4. chemical technology and biotechnology; 20.1.5. mašīnzinīb; 20.1.6. food production technologies and product manufacture; 20.1.7. textile production technologies and product manufacture; 20.1.8. woodworking technology and the manufacture of the product; 20.1.9. printing production technologies and product manufacture; 20.1.10. construction and civil construction; 20.1.11. agriculture, forestry and fisheries; 20.1.12. veterinary; 20.1.13. individual services (tourist and recreational organization or hotel and restaurant services); 20.1.14. art, music and creative industries; 20.1.15. beauty services; 20.1.16. transport services; 20.1.17. computer science; 20.2. the information and communication technology solutions and equipment of vocational education or vocational secondary kultūrizglītīb authorities in the learning process; 20.3. vocational education or vocational secondary kultūrizglītīb institutions methodical Center reinforcement function; 20.4. vocational education or vocational secondary institutions kultūrizglītīb Science (physics, chemistry, biology) and the mathematics study of premises or establishment of new Office of general secondary education programmes (10-12); 20.5. ergonomic and modern requirements of vocational education or vocational secondary authorities kultūrizglītīb learning environment and environment and access to information; 20.6. vocational education or vocational training for the average kultūrizglītīb authorities and sharing, including health point, service a hotel and sports rooms, buildings, structures, infrastructure restoring, rebuilding, restoration or new construction of buildings or structures and regional planning; 20.7. vocational education or vocational secondary kultūrizglītīb institutions infrastructure for the implementation of the new economic development the region needs-based professional secondary education or vocational training programs; 12.9. the project for the preparation of the documentation supporting the application; 20.9. building and autoruzraudzīb; 20.10. the project information and publicity measures; 20.11. project management and implementation. 21. 24.2.9. regional planning costs to comply with the laws and minimum requirements for commissioning of infrastructure; 24.2.10. demolition of buildings or premises costs, if that demolition of buildings or structures requires an existing building, or rebuilding or new construction of buildings or structures for construction, in order to ensure a streamlined infrastructure commissioning; 24.2.11. vocational education or vocational secondary kultūrizglītīb adaptation of institutions for persons with special needs; 24.2.12. project preparation of the documentation supporting the application costs that are reasonable and are associated with specific aid and the implementation of the activities supported with this rule 24.2.13. activities referred to in the cost does not exceed 10 percent of the project's eligible direct costs, including: construction, 24.2.12.1. including the minimum construction stage, development costs; IV. Specific conditions for implementation supports 32.
