Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 435 in Riga 7 June 2011 (pr. No 35 21) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 6 July 2010 on the Regulation No 608 "rules on bathing water monitoring, quality assurance and requirements for public information" Issued in accordance with the water management act article 5, tenth part 6 and 10 and article 22 of the fifth to make the Cabinet 6 July 2010 the arrangements no 608 "rules on bathing water monitoring, quality assurance and requirements for public information" (Latvian journal , 2010, 111, 185. 2. 5. 6. Make 23, 24 and 25 as follows: "23. 24. 10. Express section 29.2. by the following: "the quality of the bathing water 29.2. quality evaluation and classification results for the last three years, as well as the quality of the bathing water profile;".
11. Make the following paragraph in 29.4: "29.4. about the low quality of bathing water contamination the causes, sources and the measures taken to eliminate the causes of pollution and limit the bathers into contact with pollution;".
12. Express the following subparagraphs 29.6.4.: "29.6.4. information about the causes of short-term pollution and the measures taken to eliminate the causes of pollution and limit the bathers into contact with pollution;".
13. Make the following subparagraphs 30.4.3.: "30.4.3. warning in the event it is expected short-term pollution or threat thereof is possible;".
14. Chapter VII, supplemented with 40 as follows: "40. This provision as referred to in point 14 of the bathing water classification according to its quality, the health inspection carried out for the first time no later than the end of the 2015 bathing season."
15. Express 2.3.3 subparagraph by the following: "3.3. to prevent accidental water pollution, the sample uses aseptic sampling technique, which allows to maintain the sterility of the sample container and does not pollute. If the sample is taken under this technique, in addition not necessary sterile equipment (such as sterile surgical gloves, tongs, turn); ".
