No.) the following amendments: 1. A supplement to chapter I, point 6.1 the following wording: "6.1 the bathing water is considered contaminated if, through observations according to paragraph 12 of these regulations, this provision is found in annex 1 of these micro-organisms or other organisms or waste affecting water quality and risk the health of bathers."
2. 4. Express 10.3. subparagraph by the following: "10.3. If short-term pollution, in addition to having another water samples to confirm that water is no longer contaminated. 5. 6. Make 23, 24 and 25 as follows: "23. 24. The health inspection finds the spread of cyanobacteria (cyanobacterial-algal blooms "breeding" or "cyanobacterial mats foam") and there is reason to believe that they can harm human health, the health inspectorate the appropriate bathing immediately determine the swimming ban, immediately informing the public, as well as other appropriate management measures.

"

8. Replace the words "in paragraph 28 of the Ministry of the environment" with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry".
9. Supplement to chapter IV 28.1 points as follows: "the water of Bathing management 28.1 measures include the following: 1. a monitoring calendar 28.1;

10. Express section 29.2. by the following: "the quality of the bathing water 29.2. quality evaluation and classification results for the last three years, as well as the quality of the bathing water profile;".
11. Make the following paragraph in 29.4: "29.4. about the low quality of bathing water contamination the causes, sources and the measures taken to eliminate the causes of pollution and limit the bathers into contact with pollution;".
12. Express the following subparagraphs 29.6.4.: "29.6.4. information about the causes of short-term pollution and the measures taken to eliminate the causes of pollution and limit the bathers into contact with pollution;".
13. Make the following subparagraphs 30.4.3.: "30.4.3. warning in the event it is expected short-term pollution or threat thereof is possible;".
14. Chapter VII, supplemented with 40 as follows: "40. This provision as referred to in point 14 of the bathing water classification according to its quality, the health inspection carried out for the first time no later than the end of the 2015 bathing season."
15. Express 2.3.3 subparagraph by the following: "3.3. to prevent accidental water pollution, the sample uses aseptic sampling technique, which allows to maintain the sterility of the sample container and does not pollute. If the sample is taken under this technique, in addition not necessary sterile equipment (such as sterile surgical gloves, tongs, turn); ".
