Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 433 Riga, June 7, 2011 (pr. 19. No 35 §) rules on application forms for the record companies to the journal, the media and the Trade Union registry and registration certificate issued in accordance with the law "on the enterprise register of the Republic of Latvia" 7.1 the first paragraph of article 1 confirms the following terms application form entries register log: application of cooperative society recording company registry log (annex 1);
1.2. the application of the cooperative society prokūr for recording companies registry log (annex 2);
1.3. application for recording individual company's business registry log (annex 3);
1.4. the peasant (fisherman's) farm business registry for recording in the journal (annex 4);
1.5. the application of the cooperative society, the individual company or farmers (the fishermen) branch of the holding company to burn registry log (annex 5);
1.6. application for changes to company registry log (annex 6);
1.1. the application for entry in the register of companies, the magazine of the cooperative society, the individual company or farmers (fisherman's) holding the reorganisation (annex 7);
1.1. the application for entry in the register of companies, the magazine of the cooperative society, the individual company or farmers (fisherman's) holding or its affiliates of the opening of winding-up proceedings (annex 8);
1.2. the application for entry in the register of companies, the magazine of the cooperative society, the individual company or farmers (Fisher) or its affiliates of the holding insolvency process (annex 9);
1.10. the application for entry in the register of companies, the magazine of the cooperative society, the individual company or farmers (fisherman's) holding or its affiliates banned from the business register (annex 10).
2. Approves the following application form records the media register: 2.1 application the media to record the media register (annex 11);
2.2. application for changes to the media register (annex 12);
2.3. application media's removal from the register of mass media (annex 13);
3. Approves the following provisions the application forms for entries in the register of trade unions: the trade unions the application for entry in the register of trade unions (annex 14);
3.2. the application for the change in the register of trade unions (annex 15);
3.3. the application for the trade unions to exclude from the registry of trade unions (annex 16).
4. the rules for the approval of such samples of certificate of registration: 4.1 cooperative society registration certificate (annex 17);
4.2. the individual company registration certificate (annex 18);
4.3. peasant (fisherman's) holding registration certificate (annex 19);
4.4. Media registration certificate (annex 20);
4.5. the trade union registration certificate (annex 21).
5. Be declared unenforceable in a Cabinet of 14 October 2003 Regulation No 571 "rules for companies (company), their affiliates and representative offices, the media, NGOs, associations and trade union registration applications and registration certificate" (Latvian journal, 2003, 150. no).
