Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 482 in Riga on 21 June 2011 (pr. No 39 13) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 January 2011 regulations No. 75 "rules for active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment, organisation and financing arrangements for the implementation of the measures and selection principles" Issued in accordance with the law on the support of the unemployed and jobs seekers-article 4, second, fifth, seventh, eighth and ninth part 1. make Cabinet 25 January 2011 regulations No. 75 "rules for active employment measures and preventive measures to reduce unemployment, organisation and financing arrangements for the implementation of the measures and the choice principles" (Latvian journal No 21, 2011) the following amendments: 1. make the following paragraph 13: "13. to choose a measure implementing agency shall publish on its homepage on the internet and national or regional media statement applicants on the application or the submission of tenders, organising events."
1.2. to replace paragraph 17, the words "such conditions" with the words "these criteria";
1.3. paragraph 23 of the following expressions: "23. prior to the involvement of the unemployed and job seekers training unemployed and job seekers have the right to receive career advice."
1.4. to make 25 as follows: "25. the Agency organising the unemployed and job seekers training: 25.1.22. these provisions of the Commission referred to certain areas, education, occupations and the established social and professional learning basic skills;
15.7. upon written request of the employer. ";
1.5. to replace paragraph number and 45.3. the words "960 lessons" with numbers and words, 1120 or 1280 960 "lessons";
1.6. make 46 as follows: "46. If this rule 21.3. the implementation of the measures referred to in paragraph uses the training coupon: 46.1. educational programmes teaching duration is from 60 to 159 hours of training, training in the coupon value of one unemployment rate to be used for training three lats for the lesson with the total not exceeding 250 lats;
46.2. organizing: 46.2.1. driver training, the coupon value of one's unemployment rate to be used for training the seven lats for the lesson with the total not exceeding 350 lats;
46.2.2. Category A and B implements driver training, the coupon value of one's unemployment rate to be used for the training of four lats for the lesson with the total not exceeding 450 lats;
46.2.3. (C), (E), (F) and (G) the categories of driver training, implements the coupon value of one's unemployment rate to be used for the training of four lats for the lesson with the total not exceeding 750 lats. ";
1.7. to replace the words "in paragraph 60 for six" with the words "for a period of up to five";
1.8. to replace the words "in paragraph 60, not less than two weeks and not more than six months" with the words "not less than two weeks and not more than five months";
1. replace paragraph 64, the number and the word "in", with 58.4 number and the word "62";
1.10. to replace the figure "in 67.1 100" with the number "80";
1.11. the deletion of subparagraph 67.2.;
1.12. Express 67.3. the second sentence of subparagraph by the following: "grant the municipality granted no more than 12 dollars per one working place in the month of practice;";
1.13. the express section 115.2. by the following: "115.2. have received vocational training programme, which provides the necessary knowledge in the field of business management;"
1.14. replace the words "paragraph 131.4 to nine months" with the words "nine months";
1.15. replace 131.5 in words "(lasts up to six months)" with the words "(the last from one month to six months);
1.16. supplement with 131.1 points by the following: "before the engagement in compound 131.1 support measures for unemployed persons are entitled to receive career advice."
1.17. Replace subparagraph 132.4.1., the word "six" with the word "four";
1.18. supplement 137.2. subparagraph after the word "establishment" with the words "for nine months";
1.19. the deletion of the words in point of 137.4. "practice";
1.20. supplement with 138.4., and section 138.5.138.6. following: 138.4. "the adaptation of the workplace for young people unemployed with disabilities according to the opinion of the ergoterapeit, but not more than 500 lats for one seat;
138.5. costs of the surdotulk, Assistant, ergoterapeit and other specialist services for young people involved in measures to unemployed persons with disabilities;
138.6. expenditure on the health verification activities involving unemployed intended legislation on minimum health. ";
1.21.139. point be expressed as follows: "to" Support Measures 139. youth voluntary work "the financial resources provided can be used: 139.1. monthly grants in proportion to the costs per month worked days young person unemployed 40 lats (young person unemployed with disabilities-60 lats);

1.23. delete paragraph 176, the words "in cooperation with career consultants";
1.24. supplement with 176.1 points as follows: "Prior engagement 176.1 unemployment risk training unemployment risk person is entitled to receive career advice."
1.25. the deletion of section 178.3.;
1.26. replace paragraph 180, the word "and" by "or";
1.27.184. points to express the following: "184. If the risk of unemployment the person training terminated before this provision in paragraph 182 of the expiry date of the agreement, the Agency shall make the final payment to the educational institution for training, transfer of funds in proportion to the actual training period. ";
1.28. replace paragraph 187 the number "90" with the number "70";

1.3.1. to supplement the rules by 194, 195 and 196.. paragraph by the following: "194. measures" training practical job skills acquisition and maintenance, if the employer is the municipality "within six months, as well as created from July 1, 2011 for a period of up to five months of work created in the place of practice continue to exist and work in practice in the involvement of the unemployed to the practicing of creation, but not longer than until 30 November 2011.
195. 196. The risk of unemployment training program cost, which measures learning "training programs involved in lifelong learning of adults ' persons, other than those referred to in paragraph 179 of these regulations until June 30, 2011 has received a coupon, the Agency covers 90% of the training costs, but not exceeding 225 million lats, which is 90% of the full value of the coupon of training (training vouchers at full value is 250 lats)."
2. the rules shall enter into force on July 1, 2011.
