Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 465 in Riga on 21 June 2011 (pr. 25. No 39 §) rules on the sworn bailiff mate's license type and use the order Issued in accordance with the law, the bailiff 111.2 the second paragraph of article i. General provisions 1 the questions determines the sworn bailiff mate certificate (hereinafter certificate of post) (annex) and its use.
II. Post Office certificate of certificate meets the following requirements: 2.1. it is open;
2.2. size-19 x 6 cm; 2.3. external cover made of dark blue material;
2.4. external cover in the center of the front three rows spaced text print Silver: "the Republic of LATVIA, the sworn bailiff's Assistant certificate";
2.5. the opening are the following: 2.5.1. left: 2.5.1.1. pasted sworn bailiff's Assistant photography (3.5 x 4.5 cm-size);
2.5.1.2. the position number of the licence;
2.5.1.3. posts the user signature certificate;
2.5.1.4. stamp of the Ministry of Justice;
2.5.2. to the right: 2.5.2.1. sworn bailiff's Assistant's name and surname, personal code;
2.5.2.2. sworn bailiff's name, title, location (district courts and the circuit number);
2.5.2.3. date of issue of the licence;
2.5.2.4. the period of validity of the certificate;
2.5.2.5. the Justice Minister's signature properties (title of ' Minister of Justice of the Republic of Latvia ", the Justice Minister's name, surname, signature).
III. Post the procedures for using the licence 3. Post construction licence provides the Latvian Council of sworn bailiffs ' Council.
4. the sworn bailiff's Assistant's certificate produced before the post office operations, as well as at the request of the persons participating in the activities Office.
5. Sworn bailiff's Assistant post licence may not be transferred to other persons.
6. Sworn bailiff's Assistant post for the period of validity of the certificate is five years. After its expiration date the Latvian Council of sworn bailiffs ' Council sworn bailiff's Assistant issued to new posts.
7. If the information contained in a certificate has changed, the sworn bailiff's Assistant, immediately but not later than five days, inform the Latvian Council of sworn bailiffs ' Council and shall provide information supporting changes to the document. 8. If post card lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged, the sworn bailiff's Assistant, immediately inform the Latvian Council of sworn bailiffs. The Latvian Council of sworn bailiffs ' Council in this case sworn bailiff's Assistant issued to new posts.
9. Post the certificate is considered invalid if the sworn bailiff's Assistant dead, cancelled, released, or prohibited from, as well as post card is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged or expired. The post card is considered invalid, even if it contains information changed and point 7 of these provisions within the time limit set in the sworn bailiff's Assistant, for it has not informed the Latvian Council of Sworn bailiffs.
10. If the sworn bailiff's Assistant is dead, cancelled, released, or prohibited from, the Latvian Council of sworn bailiffs ' Council placed an advert in a newspaper "journal" for the post of the invalidation of the certificate. If the post card lost, stolen, destroyed or changed information contained therein, the announcement in the newspaper Latvijas journal "inserts a sworn bailiff's Assistant.
