No 40) amendments to the Cabinet of 15 April 2003, regulations No. 184 "requirements for transactions with biocides" Issued under the chemicals Act, the seventh paragraph of article 9 to make a Cabinet of 15 April 2003, regulations No. 184 "requirements for transactions with biocides" (Latvian journal, 2003, 83 no; 2004, nr. 69; 2005, no. 102; 2007; 2008, 121 no, nr. 157.49; 2009, 60, no. 102; 2010 , 58, no. 120; 2011, 60 no). the following amendments: 1. Make the following paragraph 9.1: "national society 9.1 limited" Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Centre "(hereinafter referred to as the Centre): 9.1 1. issue inventory number, that the applicant indicates the label;
9.1 2. biocides are recorded, if it's a low-risk biocidal products;

4. biocides 9.1 provisional registration when: 9.1 4.1. biocides or active substance not listed in the list of active substances to the list of basic or low-risk active substances;
9.1 4.2. active substance is mentioned on the list, but the parent of biocidal products containing one or more potentially hazardous substances;
9.1 upon request, providing 5. required information about low-risk biocidal products and active substances of the assay, as well as a list of those lists those conditions. "
2. Delete paragraph 9.2.
3. Replace paragraph 12.3., the words "the national environmental guard" with the word "Centre".
4. Make the following paragraph 13: "13. If it is intended to conduct a scientific experiment or research with new biocides or active substance, or one of those active substances in biocidal or experimental production, which causes or is likely to cause the biocidal products or active substances spread environment, performers shall provide the application centre describing the proposed research, experiments or production and the use of licences issued, the certificate of registration or provisional registration certificate the conditions referred to in the experimental production. 5. 8. 17. Replace the introductory paragraph of paragraph 39, 24.3. in paragraphs 40 and 41, the words "the national environmental guard" (fold) with the word "Centre" (the fold).
18. Make 42 as follows: "42. If the center decides to register for biocidal products or active substances or to allow its use by the applicant this application, to assess the risks to human and animal health and the environment, issue: temporary registration certificate 42.1., for a period not exceeding three years. It may be extended for not more than a year, if the production of biocides or trade in any of the Member States of the European Union launched after 14 May 2000;
26.2. the registration certificate – for a period not exceeding 10 years from the date on which the active substance was first included that provision repeatedly or 2.1 (but not longer than until the last time for the active substance specified on the list of active substances);
26.3. permissions-for a period not exceeding 10 years from the date on which the active substance was first included that provision repeatedly or 2.1 (but not longer than until the last time for the active substance specified on the list of active substances). "
19. Replace paragraph 43 and 45, the words "the national environmental guard" (fold) with the word "Centre" (the fold).
20. Make the following introductory paragraph 46: "46. the Centre review the permissions for, registration or provisional registration if:".
21. Delete 46.1 points.
22. the introductory part of paragraph 48 express this: "48. the Centre on the basis of the information provided by the applicant and an assessment carried out:".
23. Make the following introductory paragraph 49: "49. If necessary, the Centre extended permission, certificate of registration or provisional registration certificate validity period to the minimum possible time required to: ".

"
26. paragraph 52 be deleted.
27.
