Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 443 in Riga, June 14, 2011 (pr. No 36 45) provisions on the cadastral value of the base 2012 Issued pursuant to the real property cadastre Law 68 countries. the first paragraph of article 1. confirms the value of the cadastral base for 2012.
2. The cadastral value of the database field real estate group consists of: 2.1. agricultural land base value in rural areas (annex 1);
2.2. the forest land base value in rural areas (annex 2);
2.3. land base value cities real estate use the objectives laid down in the target groups "agricultural land" and "water land" (annex 3);
2.4. land base value cities real estate use the objectives laid down in the target group "forestry land and specially protected natural areas in which economic activity is banned by law" (annex 4);
2.5. building type base value (annex 5).
3. The cadastral value of the base building residential real estate group consists of: 3.1 land base value (annex 6);
3.2. the ground standartplatīb and standartplatīb correction factor (annex 7);
3.3. building type base value (annex 8);
3.4. building standartapjom and volume correction factor (annex 9);
3.5. the Group base value (annex 10).
4. The cadastral value in the database industry building real estate group consists of: 4.1 land base value (annex 11);
4.2. the land of standartplatīb and standartplatīb correction factor (annex 12);
4.3. building type base value (annex 13);
4.4. building standartapjom and volume correction factor (annex 14).
5. The cadastral value of the base business and public building real estate group consists of: 5.1 earth base value (15);
5.2. the land of standartplatīb and standartplatīb correction factor (annex 16);
5.3. building type base value (17);
5.4. building standartapjom and volume correction factor (annex 18);
5.5. Group base value (annex 19).
6. The cadastral value of the base civil engineering structures form the type base value (annex 20).
7. These rules 1, 3, and 5. the value referred to in the annex area boundaries correspond to the value of agricultural land zoning, developed in 2010 (21.).
8. This provision 2 and 4 the value referred to in the annex area boundaries correspond to the forest land values, zoning developed in 2010 (annex 22).
9. These regulations 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 the value referred to in the annex area boundaries meet the Uptown building zoning, values developed in 2011 (23).
10. These regulations 11, 12, 13, 14 and 20. the value referred to in the annex area boundaries correspond to objects of industrial production value of zoning, building developed in 2008, (24.).
11. This provision 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 the value referred to in the annex area boundaries correspond to the value of the komercobjekt building, zoning developed in 2009 (annex 25).
12. The value of zoning in the published State land service data publishing portal (www.kadastrs.lv) and PDF (portable document format) format of the national land service Web site (URwww.vzd.gov.lv). Value in the form of electronic documents zoning stores the State land service archives.
13. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
