16.3. the prize money or profits resulting from the competition.
17. The provisions referred to in paragraph 15 of the requirements do not apply to: 17.1. emulation in the book for registered equidae breed improvement;
17.2. regional competitions to select the horses;
17.3. the historical and traditional competition.
18. If Latvia or another Member State of the European Union registered animal refused it access to competitions for health reasons, race organizers shall notify in writing the owner of the horse, or his authorized representative, stating the reason for the refusal.

24. Stocking holder is entitled to: 24.1. get expert advice on the Organization of the supervision of the horse, if the owner of the herd monitoring his flock not carried out;

25. Stocking holder is obliged: to ensure supervision 25.1. data availability evaluators and the food and veterinary service;
25.2. to submit the data center and the food and Veterinary Office report on irregularities in the work of monitoring;
25.3. The civil code in order to agree with the assessment of monitoring, if the owner of the herd monitoring his flock don't perform.
