3. There are two types of animal cemeteries: 3.1 public animal cemetery where buried in these rules referred to in point 2.1 of the animal's body or ashes;
3.2. closed type animal cemetery where buried: 3.2.1. animal's body from the animal shelter, the animal's body, or orphan an corpses of animals that died or euthanised for veterinary care institution and what the animal's owner or holder does not want to bury this provision referred to in subparagraph 3.1 cemetery;
3.2.2. the by-products referred to in Regulation No 1069/2009 article 19 paragraph 1 "b", "c", "e" and "f" above. "
