3.5. training programmes, other than those mentioned in this rule 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 above, 4-1. 5.5. the Foundation for the quality of work up to seven percent of the estimated remuneration Fund for teachers (including management, support staff and professional staff of the hotel);
5.6. the State social insurance compulsory contribution to the total wage fund.
6. in paragraph 5 of these regulations the calculations referred to in the industry Ministry is used to calculate the mērķdotācij for the current budget year.
7. The Ministry of education and science mērķdotācij distribution project shall be submitted to the Cabinet. After project acceptance in the Cabinet by the Ministry of education and science in accordance with the financing plan for the mērķdotācij is transferred to the local authorities.
8. Mērķdotācij distribution project of vocational secondary education establishments for which funding from the Ministry of culture budget, approved by the Minister of culture, and the Ministry of culture in accordance with the financing plan is transferred to the local authorities.
9. The County and the municipalities of the Republic, in cooperation with the society develop and approve order of distributing the received mērķdotācij and for the distribution of funding for educational institutions.
10. the head of an educational institution provides educators pay funding granted under the framework of the laws and regulations governing teachers ' pay.
11. provisions applicable to the State budget and municipal budgets for the year within the approved funding.
12. The municipality shall prepare an annual report on the use of mērķdotācij according to the law of budget expenditure in the area of classification the classification of specific remuneration (annex) and submit it electronically to the Ministry of education and science to the law annual report laid down in the field.
13. the rules shall enter into force on 1 September 2011.
