2. Replace paragraph 6 with the figure "a" figure "10 000 000 18 000 000 '.
3. Replace the second sentence of paragraph 7, the words "one year" with the words "two years".
4. Supplement with 9.1 points as follows: 9.1 If "de minimis aid is granted under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006, support provider checks the applicant's compliance with one of the following conditions: 9.1 1. aid shall be granted to the applicant by the project under these terms together with the fiscal year concerned and the two previous fiscal years assigned to de minimis aid, do not exceed the Commission Regulation No 1998/2006 article 2, paragraph 2, the maximum amount of de minimis aid;
9.1 2. the amount of aid granted to the applicant by the project under these terms together with the fiscal year concerned and the two previous fiscal years assigned to the de minimis and other limited support, the amount does not exceed EUR 500 000 or equivalent in local currency. "
5. Make paragraph 10 by the following: "the grant equivalent of 10 lats economic performers, agricultural service cooperatives and fruit and vegetable producer groups calculated on the amount of interest actually paid by the report from the interest amount that must be paid in accordance with the European Commission for a given period fixed base rate (base rate published on the DG competition of the European Commission's homepage on the internet), as well as the risk that the percentage rate is set according to the mortgage bank loan rating and receiving the proposed provision (annex 1)."
6. Replace paragraph 11, the words "de minimis aid and other limited support for records" with the words "de minimis aid tracking and allocation procedure and de minimis aid in the form of samples or other de minimis and the limited amount of aid in the form of samples and procedure".
7. Make the following paragraph 13: "13. the rural support service lists support provided under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1535/2007, but mortgage bank – support provided under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006, subject to the laws and regulations on de minimis aid tracking and allocation procedure and de minimis aid in the form of samples or other de minimis and the limited amount of aid in the form of samples and procedure."
8. Replace paragraph 14, the number and the word "2011" with a number and the word "2013".
9. To supplement the provisions of point 15 as follows: "15. Limited support about accounting standards apply to 31 December 2011."
