Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 663 in 2011 (30 august. No 50 9) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 February 2011 regulations No. 146 "order in which assessed outside the formal education system of professional competence acquired" Issued under the vocational training Act, the third paragraph of article 29.1 1. make Cabinet 22 February 2011 regulations No. 146 "order in which assessed outside the formal education system acquired professional competence" (Latvian journal, 2011, 37 no) the following amendments: 1. replace the text, the words "centralised professional qualifications exam procedures" with the words "professional qualification examination procedures in accredited training programmes";
1.2. replace paragraph 10, the words "Central professional qualification exam" with the words "professional qualification exam";
1.3. paragraph 12, replace the words "centralised professional qualifications exam Commission" with the words "professional qualification examination Commission";
1.4. to make 14 the following: "14. the applicant in the examination of professional qualification received a mark of less than" mediocre "or 5-not met rating is the right sort of professional qualification examination according to the laws of a specific professional qualification examination procedures in accredited training programmes shall be borne by the professional qualifications exam costs.";
1.5. to replace the words "in the annex to the centralised professional qualifications exam" with the words "professional qualification exam".
2. the rules shall enter into force on September 1, 2011.
