No.) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 22.1, 22.2 and 22.3 points as follows: 22.1 if the other "European Union notified body rolling stock issued the type approval certificate does not certify the conformity of the rolling stock of the rules referred to in paragraph 16 of the list of laws, standards and regulations to the requirements of the technical documentation which apply these provisions to comply with this provision, paragraph 9 the notified body referred to in that provision in the order referred to in paragraph 22.3 certifies the conformity of the rolling stock type be infrastructure and the regulatory acts laws, regulations, standards and technical documentation requirements.

2. 3. Make the following paragraph 33:33. 6. Add to 96 with the second and third sentence by the following: "public joint stock company, which manages the national public rail infrastructure until 2015 1 January shall be drawn up and handed to the State technical inspection of rail freight wagon type list, which is in accordance with this paragraph into the national public-use railway infrastructure, that list indicating those provisions included in annex 2 of the Act Part 5 and 6 rolling stock referred to in the raksturojošo type parameters. 7. Supplement 100. the second sentence of the paragraph with the following wording: "If a rolling stock unit has built the Railway Cooperation Organization (OSJD) Contracting Party in the country outside of the European Union, the rules referred to in paragraph 9 the notified body checks and certifies the conformity of the rolling stock units, rolling stock type, certifying conformity of the rolling stock units that paragraph 16 on the list referred to in the legislation, standards and regulations to the requirements of technical documentation applying these rules for enforcement in Latvia. "
8. Supplement to Chapter 6, 103 and 104 points by the following: "103.1 January 2015, the State company that manages the national public rail infrastructure, can issue a receipt for freight wagon type of compliance with this provision and in paragraph 22.2 22.1 above requirements based on it available freight wagon type documentation.
